I live on the beautiful island of Kauai, and am grateful to experience the beauty of the land and the people. I came here in 2001, after living at Esalen in Big Sur for three years.

Through the way I live, my writing, and astro-counseling, my intention is to be a liviing embodiment of the spirit of aloha which is alive and well here. I believe it is our challenge “to be”, as Ghandi said “ the change we seek.” It is time for a new myth to emerge, and I would love to contribute to a more sustainable, peaceful, loving and abundant universe.

I was born in South Africa, and am dreaming of going back there to visit friends and family …and also take part in the biodanza workshop in the Drakensberg just before Christmas.

Something I would also love to do at some stage is utilize my extensive experience in unlocking potential or facilitating life enhancement in places across the world.  Ideal projects would be two - six months.
